Great question on your Wiki. I teach at an arts college, which is inclusionary by nature. Often we faculty are asked by administration what type of additional training we are interested in. One of my repeated requests has been to gain insight into best inclusionary practices. I recently had a deaf student for the first time in one of my fashion design classes and was not professionally enabled with the appropriate training - thank goodness my mother worked at a school for the deaf and that I could rely on good "gut instincts"!

I am a high school art teacher. Be sure to know your learners and differentiate instruction. Work with guidance, sp. ed. and stay in contact with parents/guardians. IEPs are helpful, but this combo has helped me!

I can't seem to locate your wiki, but see that others have. Not sure what I'm doing wrong :(
